Library Card Information

• Fill out an application at the Lone Rock Public Library, or use our online Printable library card application.
• If you visit the library, a staff member will ask you to fill out an application form and will ask for a photo ID.
  
• Your card will be processed while you wait.
  
• You may check out materials the same day.
• If you choose the online application, the library will be happy to mail your card to you.
  
• The first time you use your library card, you will be asked to show library staff a photo ID before you check out any materials.
• If you are under 18 years of age, you must have a parent or guardian sign for you.
