Library Card Application  

1. Para tener derecho al préstamo de materiales, se necesita una tarjeta de la Biblioteca.
2. La cual es gratis.
3. Para obtener una tarjeta, se necesita llenar una forma y presentar una identificación con su nombre, apellido paterno y dirección actual.
4. Complete la aplicación y preséntela en la Biblioteca Pública junto con una forma de identificación que contenga su foto.
5. El personal de la biblioteca procesará su tarjeta, y usted puede averiguar materias ese mismo día.
6. Si lo prefiere, con gusto la Biblioteca le enviará por correo su tarjeta.
7. La primera vez que la use necesitará presentar una identificación que contenga su foto antes de retirar algún material.

1. To be able to check out materials, it is necessary to have a library card.
2. The cards are free.
3. To obtain a library card you must complete a form and show identification with your name and present address.
4. Fill it out and visit your Library with the form and a photo ID.
5. Library staff will process your card, and you may check out materials that same day.
6. Most libraries are happy to mail your card to you.
7. The first time you use your library card, you will need to show Library staff a photo ID before you check out any materials.
