Verso (ILS) Support

For issues with Verso, or to report a possible problem with the ILS, contact Jen first if possible (see email and phone number above). If she’s unavailable, contact the AutoGraphics Help Desk:

Emergency Support for Verso Outages:

If there is a Verso outage and you can’t reach Jen, use the email structure below to report the outage to AutoGraphics.

Available via email 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via email at versosupport@auto-graphics.com.

Structure your message as follows when emailing for emergency support:

AGent VERSO URL:

This email address above should only be used in the event you cannot access your AGent VERSO system and the subject line must say VERSO System Down. If a message is received with a subject other than VERSO System Down, it will not be responded to until the next available business day. This email address should NOT be used for general AGent VERSO support.

Emergency assistance is limited to work in correcting problems which impact critical functionality of the System. Service calls that cannot be solved immediately will be referred to specialists within the Operations Center.
